 This Long Term Council Community Plan (LTCCP) highlights the Council’s plans for the next 10 years (2009-19), including the means of funding the Council’s ongoing programmes and capital works projects. The LTCCP sets out the major projects proposed to be included in the Council’s 2009-19 programme.
