EasyPay Rates
Paying your rates by EasyPay (Direct Debit) is easy and convenient, and also eliminates the risk of incurring penalties for late payment.

Credit Card Payment
NEW: Payment of your rates by Visa or Mastercard is now available. This service is provided by our bank, BNZ. You do not have to be a BNZ customer to use this service. If you choose this method of payment, BNZ will charge you a service fee per transaction. The fee will be highlighted on the screen prior to completing the transaction. Manawatu District Council does not receive any part of this fee. To pay your rates by credit card, click here

How To Use The Rates Search
- Enter any combination of House number, Extension, Street Name in the required boxes (you must select a Street! at the least).
- To search for a Valuation Reference Number you must enter the two separate 5 digit numbers only as per example.
- Click on the appropriate Search button
