Water provides sufficient support for your body to reduce the risk of injury. Aqua fitness can improve flexability without excess pressure on joints. The natural resistance of water leads to better muscle endurance and tone.

Aqua Fit Classes in chest-deep water. The low impact nature of chest-deep aqua fitness makes it perfect for pregnant women, people with arthritis and those who need a less intense workout.
Aqua Power Classes suspended in deep water. A more intense workout in the water, lets burn off those calories!
Water Walking Classes in chest-deep water. A low impact class with strictly no bouncing designed for those in recovery. Classes are 30 minutes and are inside.
Sports Teams / School Groups Classes can be designed at levels and times to suit your needs.
