Proposed Plan Change 65 - Further Submissions

The Further Submission period for Proposed Plan Change 65 is now closed.

Proposed Plan Change Summary

  1. Recognition and protection of 2 Natural Landscapes, 13 Natural Features and 3 Significant Amenity Features.
  2. A new Natural Features and Landscapes Chapter, including appendices outlining the spatial extent and values and characteristics of each area.

Calling for Further Submissions

A further submission provides the opportunity to submit in support or opposition to the submissions already received, to comment on how a submission may impact you, and to have your views heard alongside the original submission. The scope of a further submission is limited to support of, or opposition to, a submission already received.

Closing Date for Further Submissions was 5pm, Friday 12 June 2020.

IMPORTANT: Any person making a further submission on Proposed Plan Change 65 must serve a copy of their further submission on the person who made the original submission within five working days of lodging their further submission with the Council.
