I refer to your official information request dated 30 August 2022.

We have decided to refuse your request under section 7(2)(b) - it is considered that this information may be withheld as the disclosure of the information would be likely to unreasonably prejudice the commercial position of the person who supplied or who is the subject of the information AND under section 7(2)(h) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act - It is considered that this information may be withheld to enable any local authority holding the information to carry out, without prejudice or disadvantage, commercial activities.

I have attached a document which includes the Funding Impact Statements from the 2017 to 2021 Annual Reports, as this will give you a broad overview of the Solid Waste costs for these periods.
