| Requested Information: | History of noise complaints over last 6 months for 36 Duke Street and if possible the quantity and/or dates of these complaints. |
| Response: | I can confirm that there have been no incidents of excessive noise reported to Council including afterhours noise control officers in the past 6 months. Only two reports of excessive noise have been received regarding this property, one in February 2019 and one in July 2017. You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision.
