We do not collect your card number or bank account details, this service is provided through a third-party using industry standard encryption.

Please note: you will be charged an additional 1.5% fee if paying by credit or debit card. Manawatū District Council does not receive any part of this fee.

Payments made using account2account will be subject to the relevant financial institution's terms and conditions. By using account2account the user warrants and agrees to being the owner of the account, is authorised to make payments from that account, and any refunds agreed to be paid should be credited to the same account from which the initial payment was made.
