Objective Build
Objective Build is Manawatū District Council’s new building consent platform, designed with extensive input from over 100 builders, architects, designers, and industry professionals across New Zealand. Developed to meet the real-world needs of users, the system streamlines the consent process by enabling the reuse of information across multiple applications.
With Objective Build, users can easily track the status of their building consent, view required updates, and manage every stage of the consent process from submission to completion - all in one place.
Getting started
- If you are new to Objective Build, it's recommended that you register using the email address you have used for other MDC building consent applications. This will enable existing information to transfer to Objective Build.
- If you already have an Objective Build account with another council, you can log into your existing account. From here you will be able to create a new application with Manawatū District Council. If you need to use a different email address, please set up your new Objective Build account then contact the Objective Build support team to merge your account.
