Coronation planting to be held at Kōwhai Park
The coronation of King Charles III is being commemorated by Manawatū District Council on Saturday 6 May, with a tree planting ceremony to be held at the entrance of Kōwhai Park at 11:00am.
The ceremony is part of a number of nationwide events that will recognise the coronation. Council is inviting members of the public who wish to commemorate the coronation to attend.
