Manawatū District Council wishes to advise that PURSUANT to Section 342 (b) and the Tenth Schedule of the Local Government Act 1974, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on Saturday 15 November 2025, Main South Road will be closed to through traffic from its intersection with Table Flat Road/Nixs Road, the closure will also extend to include Te Parapara Road which will be closed from its intersection with Rangiwahia Road/Ruahine Road.  The closure will be in place from 6.00am until 6.00pm, while a stock underpass is installed. 

Residents will have access to their properties during the closure, all properties north of Conspicuous Road will need to enter/exit via Te Parapara Road. 

Should weather or conditions outside of the contractors control delay the works, the closure will be undertaken on the next suitable date.
