Country Road High Tea Limited, 167 Oroua Road, Kairanga, Palmerston North has made application to the District Licensing Committee at Feilding for the variation of conditions of an On Licence in respect of the premises situated at 167 Oroua Road, Kairanga, Palmerston North known as Country Road High Tea.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a restaurant.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday: between the hours of 7.00am to 9.00pm over a maximum 5 day period
The applicant seeks to vary the following conditions:
Change to licenced area to include outside areas and change to hours of operation.
Inside events - Monday to Sunday: 7.00am to 9.00pm
Outside events – Monday to Sunday: 9.00am to 7.00pm
During 1 November to 30 June (inclusive), limited to 30 outdoor events per year on Saturdays and Sundays.

Should weather or conditions outside of the contractors control delay the works, the closure will be undertaken on the next suitable dates.
Resident only access will be available, please follow the instructions from the contractor. All properties on the Valley Road side of 305 Midland Road will need to exit via Valley Road, properties on the Spur Road side of 305 Midland Road will need to exit via Spur Road.
