1. There is the time of the operator of the collection vehicle ( cost please) – The cost of random bin audits are built into our contractors contract.
2. The time for council staff in putting the letter together. (cost please) – This takes no more 2 minutes to add the details to a letter, print, envelop and take to our internal post bag at a cost of $1.16.
3. The envelope with a leaflet in, an envelope with the notice in, that is 2 separate envelopes sent together (cost please) – unsure why there were two envelops, letter and brochure go out in one envelope and the cost is $1.00 postage
4. The ink for printing the letter (cost please) - $0.09c
5. The ink for printed in the colour photo (Cost please) - $0.09c
6. The persons time to post it. (Cost please) – postage is collected so no cost.
