Stormwater is to be directed to the road. A stormwater assessment comparing pre and post development stormwater run-off will be required along with a stormwater attenuation method. Preapplication meetings are recommended so you can discuss your proposal with the relevant Council staff. You can request a pre-application meeting by filling in a form on Council's website. - Are there any wastewater capacity issues in the area? No
