PURSUANT to Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Manawatū District Council, for the purpose of permitting Feilding Promotions Inc to conduct the Waitangi Farmers Market, proposes to close the portion of Manchester Street between the paved quadrant and the grass quadrant of Manchester Square from 8.00am until 2.00pm, on Friday 6 February 2026

Any person objecting to the proposals is called upon to lodge notice of their objection and grounds thereof in writing, before 4.00 pm, Monday 6 January 2026, at the office of the Manawatū District Council, Private Bag 10001, Feilding, or email public@mdc.govt.nz. Any objections received by Manawatū District Council for this proposed road closure may be passed on to the Event Organiser.   This may include contact details to allow the Event Organiser to make contact to discuss and attempt to resolve any concerns with the person/s submitting an objection.
