Manawatū District Council wishes to advise that PURSUANT to Section 342 (b) and the Tenth Schedule of the Local Government Act 1974, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, Lethbridge Road at the Railway crossing Maewa, will be closed from 7.00am until 7.00pm on Sunday 25 January and Sunday 1 February 2026 while KiwiRail undertake level crossing maintenance.  

Should weather or conditions outside of the contractors control delay the works, the closure will be undertaken on the next suitable dates.
