All the money collected by the manawatu district council 2018 / 2019 summer camping season

Weather the money collected will be used specifically for vinegar hill.
*   Fees are collected to offset expenditure for management of the reserve over the holiday period
The plans if any that the money collected for the 2018 / 2019 summer camping season will be used
To fix up the uneven ground and to plant trees and  to repair the river bank.
*   Prior to the start of the camping season, works are carried out in the reserve eg. removing dangerous trees and levelling areas where required.
*   River bank maintenance is Horizons Regional Council’s jurisdiction and responsibility.
Weather [whether] or not the contractor that comes out to vinegar hill is there contract includes getting out of
there truck to look for rubbish in the bush or just a drive around is sufficient.
*   The contractor is to collect fees within the season of collection. This also includes cleaning the toilets and collecting rubbish from the receptacles. Obvious rubbish within the reserve will also be collected. Staff do not go into the bush to look for rubbish.
Weather  or not are there any plans to include the people that use vinegar hill in the decision making and or ideas for improvements to the general  look and use ability of vinegar hill.
*   Feedback is always welcome from any users of Vinegar hill at any time. Any changes to the reserve must be in-line with our Reserve Management Plan. These plans go out for public consultation shortly and will be an ideal time to receive your feedback,

Weather  or not there are plans to put up signs  to save the native trees.
*   Currently not planned to put signs up to save the native trees.
Are there plans to put in picnic tables/play ground.
*   Manawatu District Council is not planning on putting in a playground at this location, additional picnic tables may be installed. And if there are no plans to do any improvement’s what are the reasons.

How many people and  how many times a year do manawatu district council sit around thinking up ideas on how to improve vinegar hill for the people that use it.
*   Discussions are held with the custodian that runs Vinegar hill over the holiday period at the completion of the summer holiday period. Feedback from campers is provided and opportunityies for improvements are identified.
Operational meetings are held with Manawatu District council staff and Recreational Services and discuss potential improvement within existing budget.
Meeting with Queen of the GLBT event is held prior to the annual event.
