I have attached 3 zip files named 'Appendix1_Heritage_Points', 'Appendix1_HeritagePolygons' and 'Chapter4_HistoricHeritage' These shapefiles contain our districts Heritage Data as it is displayed in MDC's District Plan. Appendix 1 and Chapter 4 refer to the sections in our District Plan that relate to our Heritage Data.

This also provides pictures and other information of sites.

• a copy of your Iwi Statutory Authority Areas Public info (for all, Ngāti Apa, Rangitāne o Manawatu, Ngāti Toa Rangatira, Rangitāne o Wairarapa and Rangitāne o Tamaki nui-a-Rua, Ngāti Tuwharetoa)

I have attached a zip file called 'IwiStatutoryPublicInfo' which contains all the shapefiles and data we have for the Iwi listed in our District. I have attached a Word Document file named 'Iwi Settlement Acts Links' which has multiple links to https://legislation.govt.nz/ and the specific Settlement Acts related to each Iwi.
