The emails, while themselves are still intact, have been renamed for ease of identification.  Some are repeats in the same email thread.  These have been named cc…. for ease of identifying.

Council has several emails (including attachments) to and from Council's solicitor.  These emails and their attached document are being withheld under section 7 (2) (g) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.

If you disagree with the Councils decision to withhold these documents, you may under section 27 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, request the Ombudsman to review Council's decision to withhold this information.
