In response to your LGOIMA request, we advise as follows in italics below:

- How many expressions of interest have the Mt Lees homestead had since March 2020, organised by date of expression and name of person/business?

Expressions of Interest were called for on 3 September 2020, and Request for Proposal called for on 20 November 2020.  The Expressions of Interest and the Request for Proposals were submitted as confidential documents and commercially sensitive.

We are unable to provide further information that you request as it is withheld under section 7 (2) (a) and 7 (2) (b) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987. – that it is commercially sensitive. If you disagree with the Councils decision to withhold these documents, you may under section 27 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, request the Ombudsman to review Council's decision to withhold this information.

- A copy of each business/lease proposal, with a note of which were considered by council and how many began contract negotiations.

No business or lease proposals have been considered by Council, nor any contract negotiations held.

- The result of any negotiations and/or why these proposals did not eventuate.
