Please see attached our spreadsheet that we used to summarise feedback. You will see that for privacy purposes, under Section 7 2 (a) of LGOIMA 1987, we have redacted names, addresses phone numbers and email addresses on the tab "Submitter List".

By way of explanation for you, hard copy responses were entered manually, onto tabs "Option 1 In Favour", "Option 2 Not in Favour" and "Option 3 Undecided".

Those submitted via website were summarised directly, see the tabs "Website – figures to date" and 'Website responses'

In regard to your question "how many of the submissions were tied to a Manawatū District address vs. outside of the district or no address given?" we recorded a total of 2,430 replies. We have found 2343 entries have addresses within the Manawatu District.  There are 87 entries that either have no address given, were from anonymous responders, or may be from outside the district.  We are not able to break this down any further. 

Some feedback forms were received after the cut off date that we had nominated and have not been analysed or included in the figures above.
