With regard to your 3rd question -  A list of times the council has been to court or the environment court regarding matters relating to Opawe Rd in the past 10 years, when each of these happened and what for - Council has appeared once at the Environment Court in Palmerston North commencing 2016 regarding Council responsibilities under the Local Government Act 1974 and the alternative route that was advertised in 2012. This case is still ongoing.
