Himatangi Beach Top 10 Holiday Park and Tangimoana Motor Camp .

The Lease fees range from 2.5% - 4% percentage of Gross Revenue .

At the campground with the 2.5% Lease Fee, the Buildings/Improvements are owned by Lessee. 

At the campground with the 4% Lease Fee, the Buildings are owned by Council.
