    Manawatū District Council has made no payments to consultancy/advisory firms on behalf of mana whenua/Māori over that period. Accordingly, there is no information to provide in response to parts (a), (b) or (c) of your request.

    Just to clarify for this request.  

    When council consult with iwi there is no consultancy firm the receives payment? If not do iwi receive payment directly or is the cost of consultation only include staff time?
