1. A copy of all invoices paid to the International Accreditation New Zealand for the last 6 years for receiving any Certificate of Accreditation as a Building Consent Authority in conformance to Building (Accreditation of Building Consent Authorities) Regulations 2006. Refer to link
2. If there has been (or currently is) a Transfer of Power under Section 33 of the Resource Management Act 1991 to Fire and Emergency New Zealand (‘FENZ’, formally New Zealand Fire Service or NZFS), and if so, the date when the Transfer of Power occurred, when it was ended (if at all), a copy of the agreement(s) between the Council and FENZ/NZFS regarding any Transfer of Power. Council is not aware of any transfer of power as per the request.
