Before you apply for a LIM

Before completing this form, make sure a LIM is the right option for you. A LIM provides a summary report about a property. If you only need specific documents, such as building plans or consent records, you may need a Property File instead.

Check that the property is located within the Manawatū District, as we cannot process applications for properties outside this area.

You will receive payment instructions after submitting your application. Your LIM will not be processed until payment has been received and matched to your application. The 10 working day timeframe starts from the date payment is received.

Make sure you have the correct property details ready, including the address and, if available, the legal description or valuation reference. Providing accurate information will help avoid delays.
