Response: | I refer to your official information request dated 28 April 2023. The information you have requested is below, along with documents contained in this link - LG_2181_Documents_for_release.zip Request 1: I am requesting Rate Rebate Invoices from 2008 to 2003 for 13830/22300, RID 822 and 13830/22301 RID 17299. Your applications for 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 years, along with a copy of the refusal letter that was previously sent to you are included in the link above. As previously advised by Kasey Gibb in her letter of 06 December 2021 (see pages numbered 29 and 30 in the documents you provided) a rates rebate is only applied to a property you reside at and as there is no dwelling listed on the improvements, you did not qualify prior to this. Request 2: I am requesting a refund for being charged Water Rates over the years for a service I didn't sign up too or use. You are not entitled to a refund of water charges as you were receiving the serviceable supply to your property until it was disconnected in December 2021. Request 3: I am requesting all documentation pertaining to the Waituna water scheme and the Water Toby that is apparently placed on my land and the documentation showing all the placements of the underground piping that was supplying the other Households. This property was connected to the supply scheme in approximately 1994 when the Waituna West Hall was sited there. (I am including in the documents a hand drawn map showing the connection for the Waituna West Hall.) It continued to be connected until December 2021 when you advised that you no longer wanted to be connected. No other documentation pertaining to the Waituna Water Scheme and your property can be found. REQUEST 4: I am requesting all correspondence received from you and correspondence addressed to Senior Staff Members etc at Manawatu District Council from Myself, especially the complaints and property file containing the land discrepancies addressed to Shayne Harris, Chief Executive. You have previously received these documents in response to LGOIMA request 1936. A copy of the file you provided for Mr Harris is included in the link. REQUEST 5: Requesting all documents pertaining to the Zoning change that apparently occurred on Valuation NO: 13830/22500 These details were previously addressed and reiterated in response to LGOIMA request 1832 – documents included in link above REQUEST 6: I am seeking a resolution to the serious problems and land discrepancies, once and for all We would like to offer you the opportunity to sit down with staff to discuss how this could be accomplished.
