Based on available information, the ManawatÅ« District Council has not conducted or commissioned any analysis on the relative benefits and disadvantages in investing in the development of exotic plantations vs indigenous plantations.  

The only document we hold that might have some relevance to this request is a report on the status of council-owned woodlot, which is contained in the link

In addition, Council prepares submissions on behalf of the ManawatÅ« District Council in response to proposed legislation and central government direction. When preparing these submissions, Council considers
