Response: | In response to your request received 23 August 2023. 1. I am also requesting all the rating invoices pertaining to valuation 13830/22301 from 2007 until now. Prior to 2010, the assessments for 13830/22300 and 13830/223 01 were both included on the one invoice. Both these valuation numbers, and property details are listed on the invoices. These have already been provided to you. Separate invoices were issued from 2010 onwards, here is a link to the invoices for 13830/22301 from 2010 to 2024 – 13830_223_01_Invoices_2010_-_2024.zip 2. I am making a request for the paperwork (to join the water scheme) with my signature attached, and also the paperwork from the Trades person for installation of the water tank. A service connection to a property is a component of the rates which you assume responsibility for through a sale and purchase agreement, this information would be outlined in a LIM report. The installation of a water tank is the responsibility of the property owner, therefore we do not hold this information. Therefore, we cannot provide the documents you are requesting under section17(e) of the LGOIMA Act - the document alleged to contain the information requested does not exist. We are aware that you have submitted multiple information requests regarding the same/similar subject.
